Each application can be completely removed from your system when uninstalled or can be converted to a licensed version by purchasing a software license. These applications will run on any 32-bit or 64-bit Windows operating system (Windows XP through Windows 10), or Windows emulators (e.g. WINE under FreeBSD, LINUX etc). Each of the installations have been updated to use standard folder names, file protections and default locations introduced in Windows Vista and used by default in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. Administrative privileges are only required to install these applications – once installed they are fully functional with standard user privileges.


EMG Analysis Software

Click here to download this applicationThe EMG Analysis software is a sophisticated 32/64-bit EMG analysis program that makes FFT, spectrum analysis and signal normalization available to everyone from students to researchers. Raw EMG data is instantly displayed and analyzed to generate useful reports in a fraction of a second. All analysis results can be exported to standard CAMARC ASCII files, suitable for presentation graphing with our ReportGenerator software. Additional features include the ability to listen to any EMG channel via your multimedia sound card, instantly toggle the EMG display between "raw" and "envelope" modes as well as many analysis features.

Fully integrated into the Windows environment, a single right click enables the EMG Analysis Software to read EMG data from any C3D file plus native formats from Dataq, BTS, Motion Analysis and VICON file formats. All analyzed data is automatically stored (together with gait event timing information) in C3D format files for instant retrieval at any time.

EMG Basic Graphing Software

It includes full support for age matched "normal" activity bars, automatic and manual "event" timing determination and many display options such as instant "raw" or "envelope" EMG data display. Analyzed EMG cycle data can be exported using the CAMARC "GCD" file format - suitable for presentation graphing with our ReportGenerator software.

C3Deditor

Click here to download this application The C3Deditor is the premier application for anyone programming with C3D files and includes Internet links directly to the C3D format web site for complete up-to-date information. Fully integrated into the Windows environment, a single right click on any C3D file enables the C3Deditor to view, edit, delete and create parameters and data in every C3D file format. Includes "drag and drop" support for batch mode processing, 3D interpolation, data filtering using Butterworth and digital, lag-less FIR filters and many other powerful features.

In addition to its editing abilities, the C3Deditor can repair many common C3D file problems, translate between SGI, PC and DEC formats, and convert data between REAL and INTEGER types. The editor supports a batch mode that can automate many common editing functions.

In addition, the C3Deditor has the ability to dynamically re-scale analog data when converting from signed to unsigned binary formats to preserve the data values to avoid the data overflow problems that occur when the signed data exceeds the unsigned integer data range.

C3Dserver

Click here to download this applicationThe C3Dserver is a free C3D SDK (software development kit) provides high level access to the contents of any C3D file without worrying about the specific formatting details of any individual C3D file. Programs can be written using macros within Word documents and Excel spreadsheets to directly access and change data in C3D files. The C3Dserver includes several sample applications including one written in Visual Basic that implements a simple editor for C3D files. This is supplied complete with the application source code written in Visual Basic and demonstrates each of the C3Dserver functions. Other sample applications are supplied written in C++ as well as a sample Excel spreadsheet that accesses C3D files via the C3Dserver.

The C3Dserver includes full support for use with the MATLAB and LabVIEW environments as an external DLL to provide complete read and write access to the data and parameters within any C3D file.

The fully functional, evaluation edition, is available free of charge to all non-commercial and educational users - this version does not expire and can be used for educational purposes as well as to develop and demonstrate C3D applications. ReportGenerator

Click here to download this applicationReportGenerator is a research tool that can generate "VCM-style" clinical reports from standard ASCII GCD files as well as Vicon "Plug in Gait" C3D files and Motion Analysis Corporation "OrthoTrak" XLS files. ReportGenerator can open and plot up to 120 GCD files in a single report and includes the ability to print reports to paper or generate high resolution graphics files for slides, presentations or integration into Word, Power Point or Excel etc. Individual report pages can be set to and combination of landscape or portrait format and multiple reports can be open at any time. ReportGenerator includes an interactive, graphical editor with full control over any aspect of the report.

Mokka

Click here to download this applicationMokka (MOtion Kinematic & Kinetic Analyzer) is an open source (free) graphical viewer written by Arnaud Barré to allow users to visualize CD data in movement science applications. Mokka fully supports the C3D file format and allows the user to open and import and save data in the C3D format from a large number of proprietary formats used in biomechanics. Data graphs can easily be created in Mokka by a simple drag and drop operation with extensive user control over the display and presentation of the graphs.

This installation supports Mokka 0.6.2 on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems, includes sample C3D files, and has been updated to use standard folder names, file protections and default locations introduced in Windows Vista and used by default in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. RData2

Click here to download this applicationRData2 is a general purpose biomechanics file translation utility that reads any C3D file, Oxford Metrics 370 VAD file or RSX analog data file, Motion Analysis ANA file (analog data), BTS EMG file or Dataq Instruments data files. The raw data from any of these formats can be exported to a user defined ASCII text format suitable for Excel and other data analysis applications. In addition, support to export the data to using the CAMARC DST formats is included to create specific DST formatted files for the Whisper EMG test set, as well as generate DST formatted data files for the Vaughan, Davis, O'Connor "GaitCD" biomechanics and gait analysis program. The demonstration version is limited to exporting files of 100 frames or less - registration unloacks the full functionality of the application.

MLSviewer

Click here to download this applicationMLSviewer is our free biomechanics file viewer and display utility with the ability to view C3D files as well as all ASCII files formatted to the CAMARC DST standard (including VICON Clinical Manager GCD file and GaitCD DST files. The MLSviewer allows anyone to browse through the C3D data parameters to view and print any 3D or analog data channel - includes full zoom control of the data graphing to display individual data samples or entire channels (copy and paste support included). The application does not modify or change the C3D file in any way, making this ideal for casual users to explore the contents of clinical data as well as providing programmers with the ability to examine every property of data stored in the C3D format.

GCDtoolbox

Click here to download this applicationGCDtoolbox is a free application (originally included with the MLSviewer installation) that was written to process clinical data from large numbers of GCD files for use by statisticians and clinicians needing to analyze GCD datasets. The data in the GCD file can be exported to standard ASCII files formatted to be easily readable by third-party applications such as Microsoft Excel, MATLAB, Mathematica, SAS, Statistica, etc.

In addition GCDtoolbox can average the contents of a number of GCD files into a single file for analysis and display in programs like ReportGenerator and Vicon Clinical Manager. GCDtoolbox is intended to provide an easy way for statisticians and researchers to create ASCII files containing information extracted from large numbers of GCD files for submission to any statistics program for analysis. GCDtoolbox can open GCD files, display the contents, and export both single multi-value variable (KneeFlexionExtension, etc.) and any number of single value variables to an ASCII text file that contains the data formatted in columns for easy access and analysis.

DSTeditor

Click here to download this applicationThe DSTeditor is a free editor for CAMARC formatted GCD (Gait Cycle Data) and DST (Data Storage and Transfer) biomechanics files in a visual GUI enviroment - this allows the user to edit the contents of the files and add additional parameters and data values while maintaining the correct file structure. The development of these file format standards was the principal result of the first phase of the European CAMARC Project – the acronym for the Computer Aided Movement Analysis in a Rehabilitation Context program. This installation also includes documentation of the file formats defined by the CAMARC project. These file formats are used by ReportGenerator and the original Vicon Clinical Manager (VCM) application.

WDQ2C3D

Click here to download this applicationWDQ2C3D is a free utility that converts analog data recorded by Dataq ADC systems and stored in their .WDQ format, into C3D files. Motion Lab Systems offers and supports the Dataq range of ADC data collection systems to record EMG data and display the data in real-time. The Dataq ADC systems record their analog information into a unique file format allowing real-time access. The WDQ2C3D program reads this file format and exports the analog data to a C3D file. This application includes both a simple GUI interface for interactive use as well as a command line interface allowing WDQ2C3D to be called by other applications to automatically translate WDQ files to C3D data. This program is available at no charge.

OrthoTrakGCD

Click here to download this applicationThe OrthoTrakGCD program is a free utility that displays the contents of Motion Analysis Corporation "OrthoTrak" XLS files and extracts normalized, GCD formatted, gait cycle data files that can be used by our ReportGenerator application. This allows direct comparison between the OrthoTrak, Vicon Clinical Manager, and Vicon Nexus data by extracting individual gait cycles from the multi-cycle XLS formatted files created by Orthotrak. The extracted, sample-orientated, XLS data is normalized to percentage of the Gait Cycle allowing easy analysis and comparison of the Motion Analysis Corporation data with CAMARC standard GDC files.

In addition, the OrthoTrakGCD program displays the contents of the XLS gait data files in a simple column format with a graphical display that shows the contents of each data set. This program is available at no charge.

C3Dsearch

Click here to download this applicationC3Dsearch is a free utility that searches directories (and sub-directories) for C3D files and displays the filenames that contain data values or parameters defined by the user. It was written for a customer who needed to search several thousand C3D files, collected over serveral years, for specific data collection parameters defined in a new research project. C3Dsearch makes it quite easy to search a directory tree and locate all C3D files that are more than 5 seconds long, contain exactly 23 markers, and include both force and EMG data. This program is available at no charge.

Graffiti is supplied with a large and eclectic number of cookie collections and sound effects and is easily customized to display any text notes tha you wish to create. In addition to displaying amusing, inspiring, informative messages (cookies), it can also be configured to add rotating signatures to messages created by various e-mail programs. This release includes support for installation on 32 and 64-bit systems running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and stores the cookies in the Public Documents directory for easy access.
